Very visual representation of expenses by categories. Great application, very easy to use

This app is very simple to use and covers all my basic needs for money management. I especially like the feature that shows what percentage I spend on certain items. Two things I wish it had are an in-app calculator, and a budgeting planner.

Please add BUDGET graph / feature like all other expense apps. Otherwise a very user friendly and very detailed app. Love customization of groups and tags. Reports are outstanding.

Ive been using cash trails on a daily basis for 2-3 years now and its been an amazing tool for helping me keep an eye on where my money goes. Simple and fast entry of details, recurring expenses, great reports and drill down to the details, many ways to view things...this has all the essentials without being too weighed or overly complex.

Paid-for features REMOVED in update! Beware! Researched buying this app extensively. Paid for it. Relied-upon features removed by update. Talked to the developer. Nice polite guy, but it has been months of waiting for the original features to be restored. I cannot use the app as I originally did and intended. 1. Where did wireless export via WiFi go? I do not want to pass my info through iTunes. No, I do not want to pass my records through email providers either. I can not control their data retention practices. 2. Settings are missing for features changed in this version for features I grew accustomed to. Like positive expense as default. The +/- button is three clicks away now. The entry task should be as simple as possible because that is what the app is most used for most of the time. I dont look at pretty report graphs every minute.

After trying a great many, I must say this is the best little personal accounting app Ive found. Its got an intuitive, efficient interface, and does everything I want it to. Handles foreign currencies quite well. Its like a mobile game where I can save real money!

it will be even better if different graphical reports are added. Possibly the best budget application.

Tried most of the budget apps. Some of them are real sophisticated but this one is the easiest to use. Real fast entries, very easy to check your acc balances. Worth every penny.

Good program. Please add shortcuts to the tags on the right side (a b c d e ... w z) and when tag goes to favorites it shoud dissapare from main list. Good on You.

That app is wonderful!! Suggestions: I would like to have a tool for Mac I would like to have Virtual Accounts view (something like "liquidity" that is the sum of "cash" "bank account 1" bank account 2" I would like to have the possibility to choose default groups for selected tags: I tag an entry "gas" the app automatically choose the group "car"

It crashes, the total amount never coincides. Update is a big fail

Let me start off be saying this is a great app; the best tracking app in the app store. I love the exporting abilities and the tagging functionality (especially the photo option). Also, its really quick to input transactions which is great when you dont have a lot of time; most other apps can be more involved just to enter something. The only thing that that could be added that would make me give it 5 stars is if the the options for credit card balances were tweaked. Many people have a recurring balance on their credit card for month to month, which means they are accruing interest from month to month. As of now, Im adding interest in to account for it, but it would be easier if it were computed within the app. The best way I can see to solve this is to allow the ability to input your APR and the day interest is charged.....simple! Anyway, this app is great and a must buy for anyone who wonders at the end of the month where all their money has gone. Ive already changed my spending habits based on the information!
